Sleeping Pattern.
I have the worse sleeping pattern in the world right now. I seriously hate it! In LA, i’d sleep early, wake up early. Getting at the minimum 8 hours of sleep a day felt great and I never had a problem getting through my day. In New York, I take naps, sleep late, &wake up early.
